Take time to read the manual supplied with your mask, including its warnings and charging instructions. Keep it somewhere easy to find. If anything is unclear, contact us before getting started.

  1. Charge.

    Recharge the controller with USB-C between uses, following the supplied charging instructions.

  2. Settle.

    Connect the mask to the controller and adjust the band to a comfortable fit. Follow the instructions supplied with your mask.

  3. Switch on.

    Hold the power button for three seconds. Choose a mode with M and a 5, 10 or 15-minute timer with T. Follow the supplied usage instructions.

    Use M to select a light mode and T to select your session time. Follow the supplied instructions for session length and frequency.

Looking after your mask is part of the ritual. Keep its care instructions to hand and return to them whenever you are unsure.

Clean with care.
Use the cleaning method specified in your manual. Check those instructions before choosing a cleaning product, and do not immerse the device unless they explicitly permit it.
Recharge between uses.
Use the USB-C connection and follow the supplied charging instructions. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.
Keep it protected.
Follow the storage guidance in the manual and keep your mask protected between sessions. Contact customer care if something is not working as expected.

How is the mask powered?
The mask connects by cable to its rechargeable handheld controller, which stays connected during use. Charge between sessions with USB-C and follow the supplied instructions.
What are the battery and timer specifications?
The rechargeable controller has a 2,000 mAh battery, with approximately 60 – 90 minutes of use per charge. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours. Choose a 5, 10 or 15-minute timer. Runtime varies with settings and use.
